This G9 has been created in collaboration with Junya Watanabe as a true collectable piece. The jacket takes inspiration from Baracuta's G9 Harrington Jacket and is transformed into a patchwork inspired bomber jacket focusing on techno fashion culture. It is in fact deconstructed in all its aspects and reassembled following latest trends of luxury fashion using different fabrics. Although some of its aspects have been changed, some of Baracuta’s signature features are still present like the umbrella back yoke, classic two-button dog ear collar, raglan sleeves for extra movement, the iconic slanted pockets, and the internal pocket. The juxtaposition of the signature Fraser Tartan and the tartan developed for this collaboration allow both patterns to effortlessly coexist together. Once more, Baracuta stands beside forward-thinking and non-conventional creatives.
